Many voices in the United Reformed Church (URC) and wider world are expressing deep concern about the military coup and ensuing violence taking place in Myanmar. The Moderators of URC General Assembly, together with URC's Global and Intercultural Ministries, have issued a statement, urging continued action to help bring about a swift end to the violence and a peaceful, just and considered way forward for all Myanmar's diverse peoples.
