A public discussion about Freedom of Speech was held on Tuesday 19th May 2015 at Chaul End Community Centre in Dunstable, jointly hosted by GRASSROOTS and Luton Council of Faiths (LCOF).

Around 80 people were in attendance to hear the key note speech from Yasmin Alibhai-Brown, a Ugandan born British journalist and author, and then take part in the subsequent discussion. We were also joined by Rt Revd Dr Richard Atkinson, Bishop for Bedford & Luton, and Superintendent Mark Upex from Bedfordshire Police.
